Exporting

After filling and reviewing your spreadsheet, download the completed workbook.

Export to Excel (.xlsx)

Click Export or the download button to save the filled workbook as an .xlsx file.

The export includes:

• All sheets — every sheet in the workbook, filled and unfilled
• Your edits — all manual changes you made
• AI-filled data — all values placed by auto-detect
• Formulas — any formulas applied via the AI toolbar

Tips

• Review before exporting — once downloaded, changes won't sync back to the platform
• Keep the template — your original template stays in qomplement for future use
• Batch workflow — if you process multiple documents against the same template, each export is a separate filled workbook
